Biography
My practice is diverse. I enjoy helping clients prevent or navigate problems in estate planning, probate, real estate, elder law and business matters.
Additionally I also provide mediation services for a variety of matters including but not limited to TEDRA, contract disputes, real estate disputes, business disputes and family law.
Every problem has a solution. My job is to understand my clients’ circumstances and to prevent problems or orchestrate solutions in a cost effective manner. I address client matters from a broad base of legal and business experience, with a healthy dose of common sense. If your case must go to trial to get an equitable resolution under the law, I am ready, willing and able to do so.
Prior to becoming an attorney I had a 21 year career in construction, real estate, consulting and management. I have had to find and hire attorneys with my own money. It is never far from my mind what a hassle it can be to find a competent attorney who “gets it” and works efficiently to solve problems. That experience provides me with a unique insight into how to deliver legal services in a way that is effective, affordable and understandable to my clients.
Where I Practice:
My clients’ matters have taken me to Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Skamania, Pierce, Thurston, Snohomish, Yakima, Lewis, Lincoln, Pacific, Klickitat, Kitsap, Spokane and Chelan Counties in Washington State.
